Project Description

1,200 sf interior fit-out for Hi-Rise Bread Company located on Massachusetts Avenue in the City of Cambridge. The raw space received new metal wall and ceiling framing, mechanicals, electrical, plumbing and finish work to provide a kitchen, bathrooms, service, and public areas. Custom finish work included reclaimed wood ceilings, built-in benches with transparent stain, 2" milled bar tops with steel frames, hickory veneered cabinetry with tongue oil and stained concrete floors with exposed aggregate finish. The fire protection system was reconfigured per the new layout and code requirements.
